Owner understands that he/she will be trained to teach his/her pet and that the level of achievement of the pet is dependent upon his/her ability to learn and follow training instructions. Owner acknowledges that all animals are different, that some individual animals may take longer to train than others, and that training may never produce the desired results sought by the owner. University of Dog, LLC agrees to perform the requested training and to endeavor to bring the above pet and owner to the desired level of training. If, in the sole opinion of the instructor, the owner is not maintaining the same level of achievement as the rest of the class, the owner may be placed in a class more commensurate with his/her level of achievement. Owner further understands that if, in the sole opinion of the instructor, the owner is not making appropriate effort to work his/her dog as instructed, then he/she may be dismissed from the class/training. Owner acknowledges and agrees that the training fee is a reflection of the time expended and space made available by University of Dog, LLC and not a reflection of goal attainment during the training. Owner agrees and understands that payment is due in advance of training and remains non-refundable (and subject to a $35.00 fee for returned checks) regardless of whether training is terminated at the owner’s option or for cause.

Owner understands and agrees that University of Dog, LLC shall not be liable for any injury or damage to any person, animal, or property that results from the training or behavior of their (or any other) pet. Owner also understands and agrees that any child under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Owner further agrees that University of Dog, LLC shall not be held liable for any costs or expenses incurred as a result of their pet’s participation in the program. University of Dog, LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate training services to any pet at any time. By signing below you acknowledge that you have read and understand the terms above and agree to be bound by them.

Private Lesson/House Call Cancellation Policy:

We have a 24 hour cancellation/ reschedule policy. If we receive less than 24 hours notice (excluding an emergency*) you will be charged for the appointment. In order to obtain another appointment time you must pay for a new appointment. Clients who give us more than 24 hours notice may reschedule their appointment for a $15 reschedule fee.

*In cases of emergency, you will not be charged for the appointment, but you will be assessed a $15 reschedule fee.

Interactive-Live Group Class Cancellation Policy:

Classes are paid for in full prior to the start of the first class. The class fee includes a non-refundable $75 registration fee. There are no refunds after the 3rd week of the course.

Self-Paced Group Class Refund Policy:

The class fee includes a non-refundable $75 registration fee. Partial pro-rated refunds are availble up through the materials in “Week 2” have been opened or 2 calendar weeks from the date the course was purchased (whichever occurs first).
